    need some help

    I moving back to CA and I have a sig sauer P226 Tacops it not on the roster of legal guns in CA. So,can I keep it or do i need to sale before moving back?

    10 round mag. max, block or sell before moving.
    No threaded barrel.

      If laws haven't changed, you can bring the gun as long as you fill out the right paperwork when you get here.

      As said, NO magazines greater than 10 rounds may be imported.

        Magblocks can be found here. I think you have 10 days after entering the state to DROs the gun to yourself. Yes, we have gun registrations here...

            You need to buy as many guns as you can that are not on the CA Roster before you move here. Just make sure that all the magazines are either 10 rounds or blocked to 10 rounds before moving here. Also no threaded barrel guns and no firearms that fall under assault rifles.

            Once you move here, I think you have 60 days to register your firearms.
