Sprinco recoil system

I just ordered a Sprinco recoil system for my 1911 govt 9mm build. I talked with a rep from Fusion regarding this setup and plug options, he states that I need to check the diameter of the rod. That's not an issue, just figured I'd check with you guys since the Sprinco is on backorder.

Anyone have experience with this? My build will have a barrel/bushing setup. Can I just order a standard plug that mates with the bushing? Excuse my question if it's a lame one lol!

I haven't gone that route yet, I ordered from Brownell's. I figured I'd throw the question out here first, but will contact them if need be.

Disregard, I just cancelled my order with Brownell's and ordered directly from Sprinco. Great customer service and very imformative.
