Front Sight Paint?

What type or brand of paint do you guys use on your front sights?

I've used Testers model paint, however I've seen a lot of nail polish of late...

i've tried nail polish, but the trick seems to be to use a different method of application other than the brush it comes with.

it's just too big and too drippy.

The trick is to use a tooth pick (pointy round ones) and just gently let a drop fall off the toothpick onto the sight. If you put too much or too little just wipe it off immediately until you get the hang of it.

I use Birchwood Casey sight paint - made for guns. Works great, stays on, very neon effect. You put down the white first, let it dry, then use the green or orange over the white.

The crappy reviews are from people who have no idea what they are doing. I have used this for 15+ years on real guns and pellet guns. The ones I did 15 years ago still look brand new.

I use my wives nail polish,clean the area with alcohol,mask using blue tape,put 3 coats good to go

OPI nail polish is gtg. Learned this from my daughter!

I started using nail polish because it was at hand and I didn't have to order anything. Just used the brush applicator it came with. Found it worked better if I propped gun upside down so extra nail polish didn't run down sight and onto barrel.

A little tricky to put on, but once done it works great and really helped my shooting. And it didn't cost anything.

Paint pen or a Q tip and paint. I only use black paint. All my sights are black except night sights.
