Thanks for the update. I am quite surprised with the stoppage (and disappointed, too). I was expecting a flawless report quite honestly.

Looking forward to the Alchemy Custom 1911 test. And maybe the Nighthawk Talon as well

I am going to need to do this with a few of my CZs. This is a great reason to be lazy and not clean them.

Oops, forgot to mention that I updated the first post. Extractor didn't pick up a round and did not return to battery. I finished my 300 rounds and had another occurrence with a different mag. Failure round was 1309.

Honesty so was I! I think because the gun was pretty well used when I acquired it, I probably should have checked the extractor tension beforehand.

Also Tok, I'm kind of unofficially doing that with my 75 SA, have been too lazy to clean it after 300 rounds.

Got around to cleaning the Professional this weekend. In case anyone was curious, the barrel hood is basically all worn down to silver now:

I personally put 3400 rounds through this gun, came to be probably with around 2-3k through it from the previous owner. I came up with this estimation based on the progress of the wear as well as the fact that the extractor was having issues. So for anyone who's curious, seems like the 6-7k round mark is where a Professional starts to really lose it's black hood finish.
