Ok, so I took a rock island arms 1911 double stack 45 acp and gutted it down the the wide frame, the converted it to 40 cal, now I need to find mags. What do I use and wear do I find them?

How do you read length? I'm on Brownells site and they have the mag lengths in MM. What is the proper size?Comment
