    MP5 Clone And Bullet Buttons

I am looking into potentially getting a zenith MP5 clone sold by Atlantic. I was wondering who owns one and how you like it. Second question is what bullet button to use. It looks like prince50 makes a button. Is that what you use? School me on this topic. I did use the search function but nothing recently and most were mp5 rifle topics.

    Here is the pistol:

Can't get them anymore unless you're LEO or exempt because SSE ended. From what I heard the Zenith MP5 clones are top notch (made from licensed HK tooling). If you're able to get one you would need a bullet button. I use a radlock in my SW94.

I would be exempt. Thanks for the information.

Perfect thanks. Does it just lock the lever?

The bushing replace the contact piece and disabled the paddle mag release. Plastic cage replace the original push button.

                Is this a duty weapon?

Would you keep it in its pistol configuration or convert it into a rifle (with a barrel extension/faux suppressor and a pinned stock)? I'm on the fence about buying one as well, but can't decide what to go with.

I'd love to own a Zenith MP5 clone.

Unfortunately, they weren't available before SSE version 1.0 ended.

                    I bought a "MP5 in .308 Win" instead.

It came with a Bullet-Button installed by Atlantic Firearms along with the original mag release in a small plastic bag.

It gets lots of looks, questions and "WTF was that?" from the muzzle blast at the range.

If I want one to convert into a rifle...do I get a fake can and have pinned and welded? And still need a pinned stock?

I'd be easier and lower cost to wait for their rifle to be available.

The radlock is a plastic pile of crap. Ive had a few and its always loose, looks funny and only works on lower housings with front take-down pin ears. Get the bullet button brand mag lock. It is steel, isnt clumsy and is very aesthetically pleasing.

Bullet button brand installed on both my 93 and 94
