Where can I get some nice kamagong grips

Love the look of my Colt XSE with factory wood. But it handled crappy compared to my VZ grips in the same checkering style. Wood looks great though. Its just classic and sexy. But I like shooting with the VZs.

I've always preferred having wooden grips on my revolvers, but in the last year, I've started putting Altamont wooden grips on some SIGs, too.

I love wood grips. Of course they're delightful to look at. The only thing they're not is functional. They don't absorb any recoil & they require much more gripping effort than rubber when shooting because they don't "stick" to your hand like rubber. Checkering helps but checkered wood is still not as functional as rubber.

I really wish someone would make rubber grips that look just like wood.
