10mm auto handgun info?

I am interested in puchasing one. I have researched the round and am very pleased. My .45's are starting to feel like 9mm's So I need a meaner cartridge.

I have held a Glock 20 but my grip is too high and get bit by the slide upon return to battery. Any way to modify the grip?

What about EAA Witness pistols; CA legal? They look awesome and the grip seems to be just what I like. Mostly straight, TALL, and a good beavertail.

Any other options I should consider?

1911 in 10mm

The 10mm cartridge works very well in a full size 1911, such as this Colt Delta Gold Cup. You see them for sale in the classifieds on this website from time to time. I believe the Dan Wesson Company also makes a 10mm 1911.

Witness are not on the list but can be purchased sometimes via PPT.

Kimber makes a pair of 10mm autos that are on the list as well. I'm very happy with them both.

I know a couple guys that swear by their S&W 10MM aouto, they both have just about every variation S&W made...

EAAs are junk. Customer support is horrendous.

S&W 1000 series, S&W 610 revolvers (back in production), most any 1911 can be converted to 10mm with a new upper and ejector, mags.

I have the glock 20 and really like it, but I'm jonesen for this 10mm kimber. The Kimber feels extremely natural in your hand.
