Magpul Glock mags.

I've got one of each of the new mags, and I really like them for range stuff. I would love them for carry, but the baseplate sticks out twice as far as the OEM mags, and it makes my 19 print more than I'd like. I still use them in USPSA and such. Good, quality stuff, as usual from magpul.

I bought 5 if the 17 round glock 17 mags for $63 shipped. I've used them for 3 months, run about 1000 rounds through them. They work great so far. The no witness holes thing is a PITA when I'm shooting production and I gotta stop at 10 rounds. Outside of that, great cheap mag.

Never seen or used them before, but OEM mags are not that expensive as well for Glock.

I wouldn't trust aftermarket magazines regardless of whos name is on them. Glock factory magazines aren't expensive.

Have you ever looked at Mec-Gar? I trust them as I would any manufacturer's mag (because they often are the manufacturer's mag!).

Why would you think that?

Magpul is popular, I like their Ranger floorplates, but they ain't perfect and have their share of mediocre products.

Their mags are the best in the business.

Glock mags are the most reliable mag made....

I have had mags for everything fail..
More cracked feed lips on AR15 mags
More spread feed lips on 1911
10/22 mags wearing out...

I still have all of my original glock mags.....


With that in mind, I only buy OEM mags.....

I used two at a USPSA match. They worked just fine and dropped from my Glock 34 every time. Although not that expensive you can roughly buy two magpuls for every Glock mag if your on a budget. Bottom line.....Good Mags!
