    I got Glocked

Well i finally broke down and got a g 22. Used, almost mint 475 Otd. so it was a little cheaper than new.

I have a few other pistols, and never cared about the plastic tupperware. I didnt hate them, just didnt care for them.

Well i did it. I got glocked. I bought two barrels, one 40/9mm, and one 40 so i could shoot leadheads. Have to say, i do like the look of the lone wolf ported barrel.

I shot about 100 rounds and hated the trigger. I tried to love the stock trigger, but alas... for 20 bucks? I got the 3.5 zev bar, polished up the trigger parts. Extended slide release (stock glock) now, me likey.

All in all i love shooting this pistol. Nice control easy to double tap. Accurate enough. My sig 229 will punch hole after hole in a little group at 10yards. The glock, meh it gets there. I think i need more time behind the trigger. Seems my first shot will hit fine, its the follow up that is usually off a bit. So yes, i do enjoy shooting the G 22. Handles .40 fine. Recoil is nice and manageable. I shoot 9's just fine, even the g22 mags will work shooting 9mm. Really cool platform.

I've got the exact G22 set up, but with a Storm Lake 40 to 9 and a couple of G17 mags. Love shooting it.

Ya, I was worried it was a disaster, but am glad to hear just a happy purchase and glocking experience!

I have a G17, and it gets shot less than some of my guns, but more than others. I still feel like that grip angle is weird- until I do a quick double-tap (sorry range masters!) and the follow up shot is great with my wrist being forced forward like that...

Any gun wil punch hole after hole, most guns are more accurate then we will ever be.

First time shooting my completely stock Glock 19 at 7yards. First time ever shooting a Glock actually.

I rejoined the club a couple of months ago. Cheap gun as far as cost and goes bang ALL the time. Customize it some it'll make you fonder of it.

I thought his non-Glock gun had a death jam cause by his reloads.

                      nice!

i bought my first glock, a 3rd gen 17, over the summer.

i had, what i termed - glock finger, it caused me to send everything high left.

i buckled down and only shot that pistol for 6 range sessions... approx. 100 to 150 rounds each trip.

                      all is well now

but, i have to break it out and retrain my finger with a few mags to get the muscle memory back.

i like it and i could never shoot a gen1... this gen3 is better for me.

                            Glocks are tools.

When you get accustomed to one you will find them dependable and accurate.

What's the old joke, "You show your friends your 1911 and your enemies your Glock".

                            Enjoy your Glock(s)...
