Smith and Wesson Model 36-7?

Good Day Ya'll,
I have a friend who is looking to sell a Model 36-7 Smith and Wesson Chiefs special 38. They came to me looking for a fair price to sell it for. I cant find any information on it. It is serial # BSL 18XX. I figure it should sell for around $500 or so, but wanted to reach out to ya'll and see if you have any other opinions. It is in great condition and looks to have been fired only a few times. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Date of manufacture 1990. I'd say you are not far off on the price.

i purchased the Model 36 in top link that was advertised at $599.00. it came to me as a pristine condition no-dash example with Hogue grips/original grips/original box.
