P2000sk in jail!

So I bought a p2000sk. Anyone had much experience with this firearm? Likes and dislikes?

V2 or V3? I have a V3 in my p30 and V2 in my p2000. I wish I had got the p2000 in V3 after getting more use of both. People say the don't like the DA/SA because the trigger pull of that first round. If it's a ccw situation the distance you're ideally firing from for defense is close enough for me that the longer trigger pull won't make a difference. They are both great guns, you will enjoy it.

Pelican 1170, 2 full size mags w/ Xgrips, 1 compact mag loaded. There is enough space left over for a detached light/laser or mags OR reorient the mags (reverse L shape maybe) for attached accessory.

I got V3. I handled both and found that I liked the V3 much better. How do you like the P30?

I've been looking into getting a veridian C5L light to go with it. Anyone have experience with one of those yet?

One of my LGS had a P2000SK either 40 S&W or 9mm they were trying to sell me on. Think they were selling it either for $600 or less. VERY tempting. Have fun with it!

Speak of the devil, I just picked up a p2000sk in 40 recently, v2. I bought the lightened springs to convert to a v1, but to be honest with you, v2 trigger was still very good. Did not feel like 7-8 lb trigger at all, more like a 5 lb trigger. LEM version is really nice as every shot has the same trigger pull (aside from 2nd strike). It shoots great and I am very happy with the purchase. If only I have easy way to get my ccw license in my county... Oh well still a wonderful gun for the price.

Excellent acquisition. I use my P2000SK in 9mm as my everyday carry. The piece has been absolutely flawless with over 1500 rounds from day 1.

The P30 is equally awesome, maybe better due to ergonomics. Too bad the P30SK came out after SSE.

yup, 2 of them, both .40 one v2 and one v3.
love them both
both have run with 0 (zero, nada, zip, none) malfunctions of any kind since the first day out of the box. v2 about 400 round count .3 about 2000 round count.
I had to work on grip a bit to adjust after being a full size HK USP shooter. The shorter grip means I need a little tighter front to back push/pull to get right back on target with second shots.
I don't use a light. I shoot fairly well one handed so I prefer off hand to hold a light.
