Finally had a chance to take out the PPQ I picked up from my brother-in-law before he moved to a free state. I bought it with no real expectations just picked it up as it is off the list. I am glad that I did. I will be making this a regular thing.

First thing that came to mind was that you took a girl out, and for your first date it was the range. Glad you like the PPQ
I haven't had the pleasure to shoot one yet, but they sure sound nice

I sometimes miss my PPQ. Well, I do miss that sweet trigger. In the end I didn't like the control placement for the slide stop. With a thumbs forward grip my stronghand thumb rode it, and I would sometimes fail to get a slide lock on the last round.

If i changed my grip to not rest my thumb there, it messed me up when I shot my CZs because I ride the safety with my thumb on those guns. So I ended up selling the ppq. sweet gun otherwise.
