    Glock 43

    Are these also banned in CA ?

    Does anyone here know ? Thanks

    They are not banned.

    They are off-Roster.

    Therefore; they can only be obtained via LEO sale, out-of-state intra-familial gift, or private party transfer.

      In the last seven days, there are about nine WTS ads for Glock 43 in the WTS forum.

      Prices range from $800-1100 depending on condition and accessories.
      This price range is typical for off-Roster handguns that are sought after.

          Yes, the state has banned the sale of the Glock 43 to non-exempt citizens. PPT is not a sale, it is only a transfer.

          Not illegal, but they are banned for sale.
          Having an exemption in the law for certain people, does not change that it is a statewide ban of sale.

            Consignment sale of G43 is legal. And the OP didn't ask for split hairs - he asked if they were banned. They are not. I filed paper to start carrying mine last week, waiting for the postman to bring me a renewed permit now...
