Wilson ETM but they are pricey, IIRC the ETM shouldn't require maintenence for life.

If you are going to shoot Single Stack, I would strongly suggest you replace the sights on the TRP. The night sights are not good enough for the game (too slow to pick up). Fiber optic sights are the way to go. Dawson makes FO front sights in just about every heights and widths. Harrison makes a great rear sight for the Springfield.

"I shoot 1911s in IDPA and these are my recommendations based on my experience.

Tripp Cobra magazines are the best single stack 45 auto 1911 magazines. Unlike Wilson they have a hybrid follower and a longer body and shorter basepad to better accomodate that 8th round. And the baseplates are super easy to take off so you can clean inbetween stages, which is important when they're being dumped in the dirt/gravel.

John Jardine has his own lube and he's a local guy. I also like Slide Glide Lite.

Get a stash of recoil and firing pin springs and learn how to tune an extractor. That's what I'd recommend for now."

What he said Jardine lube and trip mags no other is needed.
