    Scope question

Does anyone know where to get a scope for my AR ( with the handle, don't know which "A" model that is ) that has the range scale in it? Not a full size scope but one more compact.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

Colt made a 4x scope that mounts with a threaded stud through the hole in the handle...The Japanese and Chinese have bushels of clone scopes if you can't find the real thing.

You can also get a scope base with the same handle mounting & mount most any scope to it. Handled uppers are A1 or A2. Ask the question in the Optics forum here and on arfcom.
