    Vertical Fore Grip on Pistol

Im pretty sure I already know the answer to this question but I've gotta ask anyways... Is there any way to legally put a vertical foregrip on a pistol?

      Yup.

Pay the 200$ tax to the ATF for the privilege of manufacturing an AOW. As long as you're legal at the federal level and it's not a "pen gun", then you are legal in CA. Once it's an AOW, you can even have it chambered in 12ga

Read all of this for the finer details:

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

Awesome information. That $850 ($600+$250) is pretty steep for a vertical foregrip though ... but thanks, thats the type of info I was looking for
