is this single action revolver CA legal?

bearcat shopkeeper. I think it is too short to be SA exempt, but it's a rimfire, if that makes a difference? That's what I'm unsure of.

So, rimfires exempt? or is this not legal due to OAL?

Searched calguns and this is the criteria I found.
Single-action Revolvers, capable of holding 5 or more rounds, with 3” minimum barrel length and 7.5”
    minimum overall length when assembled.

Then I googled overall length of the revolver and came up with this http://www.americanrifleman.org/arti...at-shopkeeper/ (article says overall length is 7.5)

In other words it appears it is the exact minimum to be exempt from the DOJ roster.

They had one at the Shootist a couple months back. I handled it and didn't like the balance and thought it was too heavy, but I'm comparing it to my 1960's era Bearcat.

          From Ruger's web site:

Note on single-action revolver sales in California: Pursuant to California law, single-action revolvers with at least a five-cartridge capacity, a barrel length of not less than three inches, and an overall length of at least seven and one-half inches are exempt from testing requirements. All currently manufactured Ruger single-action revolvers satisfy these criteria and therefore are exempt from the California requirements. These revolvers may be purchased in California even though they do not appear on the California Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.
