Anyone have luck contacting Springfield?

Been trying to contact them for some custom work on my TRP, but haven't got a reply. A few months ago a buddy of mine also tried to contact them with no response.

Call SACS and ask to talk to Amanda. Her or Deborah has answered every time I've called.

I called the customer service # 2 weeks ago and orders some parts and they arrived yesterday. I did send an email to the sales department and never received a response.

I've had bad luck e-mailing them, but they have always answered the phone and been very responsive.

Never had a problem when calling. They have provided excellent customer service every time needed. They stand behind their product .

I've dealt with their warranty dept. I had an extractor shatter after 11rds on a new M1A NM. As pissed as I was when it broke, I was equally as happy with the way that they took care of the issue. Inside of 10 days everything was repaired and back to me.
