I have one just like it that my mother inherited from her aunt when she passed away. My mom carried it in her purse for years. Be carfull as it will slide bite you if you get up on the grip too much. My dad still has two scars from it. I also had to have the pin that holds the extractor replaced as the pin was loose and digging into the frame. That was years ago and it was a hard to find part back then. It may be worth upto $250 if it's in great shape with original box & goodies.Comment

it's the stainless steel version and it's here in California which makes it a little more valuable than if it was in a free state.
if she's looking for a quick sale it 250 or under but if she takes her time I would say between 250 and 275ish to a private party who is interested, especially if it appears like it hasn't had a high round count.
you might find a better rough estimate of the age by looking at when they started making the stainless steel models.
I always wondered about the reliability of those compared to the Browning designs that it was closely copied from.
what hurts the value the most is that there have been advancements and they're lighter more powerful micro pocket pistols. (like the kel-tec p32 for instance.)Comment

A copy of the "Baby Browning" and they were popular in the late 70s IIRC. We sold quite a few, they generally worked but as mentioned had issues. Were they to be remade in 22 lr (and work) I think they'd have quite a little following. Outside CA they're very inexpensive, at $250.00 it would probably go fast in CA - I'd put $299.00 with some wiggle room.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

That's why some manufacturers like Beretta and Astra (and the Colt Junior made by Astra) made versions of their mouse guns in 22 short instead because of the small size and limited slide travel. I have an Astra Cub in 22 short that has been 100% reliable with everything type of 22 short ammo available.Comment
