    SP 2022 vs Keltec P11 vs ?

I shoot about 1200 - 1500 rounds month through my Sig 2022 and I love the DA/SA trigger. My carry gun is a Keltec P11. I know the Keltec is considered a "lesser" gun to most but I like its size and carrying capacity but I hate the overly long trigger pull ( I do realize this long trigger pull is in lieu of a true safety).

When I go to the range, I usually shoot 20 or so rounds through the P11 and then another 100 - 150 though the Sig. I noticed today that I shot the P11 horribly and I think its because of the "mind" confusion over the different trigger pulls between the two guns. So, with that in mind, what 9mm DA/SA concealed carry gun would most mimic my 2022? I'm assuming there would be some of the higher priced Sig's but are there any other sub compact sized guns to look into instead of the P11?

    You said "Kel-Tec".
Be prepared for what follows as most CGs don't like them.

    But I do!

No Sigs or any other euro guns here so I can't advise you on that.
Being a P11 owner myself, I strongly recommend getting the optional trigger shoe.
    This does two things:
    - moves the face of the trigger forward in the guard so you are not pulling so far back at the end.
    - the wider finger surface of the shoe makes it much easier to pull the trigger.

For $10 you should give it a try!

ojisan: I forgot to mention, I have done the "fluff and buff" and added the Northwoods trigger to the P11. I was just surprised today when the difference between the two triggers (Sig in DA use) seemed so far apart in terms of manipulating them.

Probably the P224 if you can find one

Super happy with my shield 9mm. But not really the sa/da you are looking for. The sig p938 is same size as the shield and sexy as hell. But again not sa/da.

Hey, it happens. I alternated between my 2022 and my 320. I really sucked this time out with the 320. I wouldn't worry about it.

If you like Sigs, check out a P250. The two tone Compact is on roster. You can even get a subcompact frame. Still has a long DAO pull.

I'll have to check the 250 out. I was wanting to have similar trigger pulls from my range plinker to my carry gun.

OK, I have to ask, then why not another SP2022? One for your range gun and shoot the snot out of it, one dedicated to carry? If something happens to one, you have a backup. Even parts swap over.

If you want something in an SC size a CZ Rami (on roster) might fit also.

Not sure on carrying the 2022, seems big to carry concealed. I've only got two different paddle type holsters for it that I've used for IDPA shoots. I guess I could try a concealed holster with it....

Go with the Sig P239 if you're looking for a similar operating carry gun.

Yes, the P239 is pretty close to to your SP2022 in terms of operation.

To be honest though, whenever I shoot different guns back to back I would suck a bit before zoning in again.
