    Intratec DC9 question

Ok if you have a DC9 and have an AB-10 upper installed on it and make the mag fixed that would be CA legal, right?

Intratec 9 aka tec 9 is banned by name. Now Intratec DC9 is not banned by name. DC9 has evil feature, shrouded barrel. Install ab-10 barrel modify mag release 10 round mag and CA legal.

You can have a dc9 complete with evil upper and threaded barrel if you want to, the pinned magazine removes it from AW status.

Not Tec 9 , Tec DC9 sure ok. Gotta love the laws and the letter of the law.

Has anyone here pinned a mag dc9 or ab10? Cotter pin through mag well and body? Roll pin

You can modify the magazine catch to require a tool if you want to go that route.

IMHO it is better than modifying the magwell/receiver with a roll pin.

I missunderstood. I was thinking threaded barrel pinned mag only, not tool required.

Ok, god I would think I would know this, none detachable mag can have threaded barrel, what about forward grip and non detachable mag

Forward grip is a federal issue, as well as a state issue.

If you get a federal tax stamp for an AOW, you can have a forward grip on a non detachable 10 round magazine pistol in the state of CA
