This is funny... you know not everyone wants to waste their time looking at our s*** gun laws here in ca. It's not our fault if people are willing to pay that price. We do it to ourselves by paying the damn premium. Supply and demand. I'm exempt, you aren't, you gotta pay to play... I guess???

The reason I posted "How to sell a Glock 43?" was to get a little visibility for my question. I do not know the firearm laws of California. In my home state, you sell your gun to the person who pays for it. No fuss, no muss, and no laws broken. I have no desire to be an example for the gun cops. I have worked out a trade for a 4th gen 19 with a shipmate when I go home on leave next week. I am sorry for all of the confusion I caused.

Welcome to CalGuns OP just a heads up you will NEVER get a straight answer here regardless of topic and don't be surprised if this turns into a longrange shooting thread.

Funny how it happens to "mention Glock 43" in the title.
I was going to say. Probably wants to make a killing and not tarnish his real username!

I assume you go through the seller's dealer to do the transfer, but how do they handle that the gun cannot be imported?

Most importantly how much are you planning on listing it for?
