Any recommendations on a laser bore sight?

Hello. I recently moved my rear flip up sights on my AR and i messed it up and cant hit anything. Would a laser bore sight help me out in getting back on target, and if possible would anyone recommend any...Any multi caliber for both rifle and handgun?

    Thank you for any help!

Don't buy a laser bore sight.

Move closer to the target to see how far off you are and adjust accordingly.

You can also take the lower off, remove the bolt, and look down the barrel to center on the target, center sights on target and adjust from there.

Agree with AreWeFree, no need for a laser boresight.

Start at 10-25 yards. Get it on paper then zero it. Obviously the left/right will now be set. Then move back and adjust the elevation at 50 - 100 yards but no further. You are probably good to go at that point

I'll go ahead and disagree with the first posters.

Get that bushnell laser bore sight. It's cheap and gets you close to being on paper without having to start your target really close. What if your outdoor range only starts at 50 yards and you can't even get on target.

It's 25 dollars on Amazon and I've had mine for 3 years and used it 5-6 times on rifles and handguns. I think it's totally worth it due to how cheap the cost is and the convenience it offers.

Take your upper off, remove the bolt, and place the upper on a table where it won't move. Look down the barrel at an object 25 yards away and adjust your sights. That should get you on paper at 50 yards. I've done this with all my rifles in my backyard.

Bore sights are useful and helpful for getting on target at distance.

Site-lite is an awesome bore sighter. I picked up an SL500 a while back and it works very well.
