Want to buy a sig p229

So I'm in the market to buy a new sig p 229 I was looking at the CA roster and noticed the enhanced elite model is not the CA version. The model number on the roster is 229r-9-ese so my question is if I go to my gun shop and have them order one will it not have a LCI and mag lock?

Private party transfer may be a good option to keep in mind to avoid the LCI.

Keep your eyes open for a used one on gbroker.
More often than not its worth paying an $80 out of state fee for a used gun.

You need to talk with your local gun store about it, as they may choose not to DROS any model without the -CA on it. I tried, they wouldn't have any of it.

Plus, I believe the model you're looking at on the roster does have an LCI/mag disconnect, as seen here: http://www.riflegear.com/p-1371-sig-...ced-elite.aspx

        Happy hunting
