    Its all about ergonomics man. First we have new grip angles, then we have rubberized stocks with finger grooves, and now we have memory foam frames. Gotta fend off carpal tunnel .

                    Weather shows ~100 F in Zavalla, TX area. How much does direct sunlight add to the baking?

                    At least it flexes back to shape, and not mush up.

                      I just checked my own FNX45 Tactical, and the receiver / grip area is not even close to that deformable. More like a Glock in resiliency. It was room temperature (76 degrees Fahrenheit).

                      Maybe the melt temperature is low?
