Well, honestly, its my fault as I approved the draft. No one I could be angry at but myself, and I never really get mad at myself. I would love to say that it was intentional, but the reality is that in all actuality I am super happy with the engraver. He did a great job on the images and I had several typos in the initial photo I sent over, and the only one I corrected in the final proof was one that stood out to me. He turned the slide around in about a week despite having some outside family type issues and shipped it when he said he would. Overall, I completely dig the way it looks and it really kinda is a little tongue-in-cheek because of some comments I have often made about the arms race any shooting sport becomes, and of course my own personality

It's all good. Once you get it built and you shoot tight groups with it then be proud of what you accomplished. Don't mind the persistent ribbing they're just jealous.

That's cool if you dig it. Let's see the whole pistol yeah? I ordered most of the parts and the price tag is at $1500. I still have to buy the beavertail, mainspring housing, sights and grips. Maybe I should've went the 1911builders way and save some money, but I really want a 9mm 1911.
