    CZ P-07

I bought a CZ P-07 today and hope someone can tell what these pistols shoot well with? 115 grain or 124 grain or 147 grain. I'm a big fan of the mid to heavy bullets. Also is this mod. pistol OK to transfer to my daughter in Calif. as a gift?

    Thanks

I've always shot 115g and it's been pretty good depending on brands.
Have yet to try anything heavier, but it should be good. Especially if the the recoil spring is still stiff as most are. Great little gun.

Have tried all 3 weights with mine and haven't had a problem. I just shoot 115 normally for plinking.

FYI, mine is a CGW pro-package version, I never shot it stock.

If you are out of state, yes you can transfer it to her as a gift. If you are in state, it's a standard private party transfer.

My p07 was very stiff at first and didn't want to cycle fully with weak/light stuff. It's now broken in, flawless, and indispensable, but it, like most other 9mm's, seem to "prefer" 124gr. It will run fine on 115 and I'll shoot plenty of 115 but 124 is "nicer."

              9mm CZ's shine with 124gr bullets.

I regret selling my brand new P-07 recently, but it was for another great Czech made firearm
