If we are only talking about stock guns, then the honor goes to my Nighthawk Custom Talon.

        CAGLS?

I just bought a SP-01 and the first thing I want to do is have the trigger worked on.

Old school....my 1911 National Match worked over by JH long ago.....sweet.

I must say that these 2nd generation Striker Fired fantastic plastics are leaps and bounds ahead of any Glock out of the box.

          For me these are sweet:

          Ruger LC9S

          HK VP9

Walther PPQ 4 inch and 5 inch.

210 Legend, hands down. My M&P R8 might become a contender with more practice, but in SA there is no slack and no perceptible creep, so it's a different beast. I'd like it more if it was lighter.

aftermarket cz's tuned by cgw and cz customs are really nice. besides that, sig sauers by gray guns are near second.

You can check my thread about it, too. You can see what he did.

My best trigger is S&W k38 4" with a .400 target trigger in it.

I find it hard to believe your $3,000 1911 trigger isn't as good as a Python. I have felt the trigger on a few high-end 1911 pistols, and they were as good or better than any revolver. The only difference is that revolves can have wider triggers, but 1911 pistols are usually stuck with the stock width trigger or something slightly wider on a custom gun. I think S&W had a 1/2" trigger on some of their K38 pistols.
