I picked up my CZ75B from Ade today. Promptly took it to the Firing Line and put 250 rounds through it.
Nice handleing pistol - easy to shoot. Recoil was mild and very controlable -it's nice to have some weight in a pistol.
Accuracy was excellent - it seemed to shot low to the right, but it could be me getting used to it. I put 20 rounds through a 2.5" hole from 15 or so feet (10 left handed and 10 right handed).
I don't like the position of the safety - not nearly as easy to use as the safety on a 1911. The DA pull is pretty good for a pistol - it can't hold a candle to my S&W Model 19 though, but that is to be expected.
All in all - I'm very happy.
Two questions - why don't the mags drop free and how on earth are there so many people that can't group their shots? There was a guy next to me with his hot girlfriend - he had a Glock 9mm and the Man target. He was all over the place with his shots. Another guy two lanes down had the same problem. I'm no expert pistolero but I take pride in putting my shots in the same place.

. If you know what to look for and inspect your firearm it can be safe. Word is that someone out there makes a hardened steel sear for CZ's. Check out this board
