Which trigger for CZ 75 Compact???

Not sure which trigger the CZ 75 Compact is shipped with, probably the new shorter radiused re-curve.

    There seems to be some others to choose;

85 combat (original), less radius curve

    newer 85C trigger (?)

97B trigger (which might be the original 85 combat trigger)

Of these triggers which would be a better choice for a larger handed shooter, I have no interest in the straight trigger.

Also considering the CGW's 85C modified

    An advanced thanks!

I had a picture of the crappy stock trigger next to the new and old style trigger somewhere.

The stock black triggers that come with most CZ 9mm's nowadays sucks and I would swap it out due to the trigger sting that comes with it.

To answer your question, I would get the old style 85 combat trigger. The CZ97 trigger has the same shape and the only difference is the lack of a setscrew for post travel adjustment. I like it since it has a flatter face and less of a curve.

The CGW 85 combat trigger is the newer style 85 combat trigger. It has more of a curve and it is slightly tapered on both sides of the trigger. I suspect this would be better for those with shorter fingers.

Here is a comparison picture i took a while back. I prefer the profile of the orignal 85 C trigger out of the available options as well. The CGW New style 85c trigger is the same profile as a stock CZ75B trigger with an upgraded over-travel set screw.

        Original 85c installed.

I would still like to try out the Shadowline trigger which seems to be in the middle in terms of curve radius between the old 85C and new 85C. Same with the side to side curve radius on trigger face and in the thickness front to back.

            Great, Thanks!

Where/how does the CGW 85C trigger fit in the group? Think that's the trigger I'll end up with. Stock re-curve left a sore finger after dry-firing.

The CGW New style 85c trigger is pictured above. The only difference between the New 85c that comes stock in the CZ 85 Combat and the CGW variety is the set screw. CGW removes the slotted stock set screw and replaces it with a better one.

The 97B has the fattest trigger of all the CZs. I think the CGW modified 85c trigger are the best. I have one that I sanded it to make it thinner and damn it is nice. Checkie here.

Reading comprehension, looked at the images and didn't read the wording.

Will give that one a try. Re-curve not comfy
