Can someone recommend a bore laser

Want to do some dry fire training at home but I have 44 special revolver and finding a proper bore laser or ammo seems to be tough. I feel like I'm missing something though, anyone with insight can point me to a potential solution?

My experience with the LT-Pro:
It works well but does have a number of liabilities.

1. Itty bitty batteries which must be removed between usages to save battery life. If your not comfortable with handling small items, that would be its biggest problem.

2. Alignment can be a problem. I often have to loosen the back plastic sleeve and rotate the laser a bit in the barrel and re-tighten to find a good alignment.

3. The LT-Pro will quite often fire the laser twice in double action. It is vibration activated and the rotation of the cylinder and cocking of the hammer activates the laser, and then the hammer falling of course. Possibly the new model is better in this regard and maybe the alignment issue.

The new model is shorter. I like to fire with snap caps and the older model on some of my shorter pistols will hit the snap cap and not seat properly.

I work much more with pistols and use the cartridges rather than the unit that goes into the muzzle, but for revolvers, this is the tool of choice.

I found it useful. I'll have to do some measurements to determine if the new model will give me some clearance on my wife's snub nose and on my Sig P238 with snap caps. If so, I might purchase it.

The new unit addresses three issues I had with the original unit:

1. It has an on/off switch, no fumbling with pulling the unit apart between usages to keep the batteries from running down.
2. You can adjust the alignment!!!!!!
3. It's shorter.

I may jump on this one.
