    SP-01 front sight off center

I just took home a SP-01 tactical I got from a PPT, which has been my white whale for a while now. But I noticed that the rear sight is way off to the left. No biggie as I could just drift her center. But upon closer inspection I noticed that the front sight is also off to the left by 1 serration by the looks of it. Haven't shot it at all yet but I worry that the pistol in its current state will be inaccurate, especially once the distance is pushed. I was thinking of contacting cz-usa to see if I can get it warrantied but wanted to see if anybody had the same problem or if it is a problem at all.

Shoot it and see how close it is.
Sights are supposedly adjusted at the factory, though in this case it looks like the previous owner installed night sites, in which case CZ would not warrantee it

This is all new to me, I'm a glock shooter and never really noticed another pistol that has the rear sight that far off center from factory. I suppose if she point and impacts true then its not really problem. Just more of a cosmetic defect I suppose. I'll take it to the range and see what happens.

The front sight looks fine. Now the rear sight looks to be off. Shoot the gun from a rest and adjust the rear.

All SP01s come with night sights. Overall the front looks fine, the back might need some tapping depending on POA/POI. Not a big deal IMHO.

Don't worry about it. The sights on a CZ are really only there for looks, once you fire a round your SP-01 will use the force to guide your projectile exactly where you want it to hit.

If the sights are properly adjusted but not perfectly centered, who gives a rat's azz? That is exactly why they are made that way. I would not consider properly adjusted sights to be a defect at all.
