Glock 21sf guide rod and spring

The stock plastic guide rod is fine, but I prefer a steel guide rod like in an M&P. I tried a tungsten guide rod in a Glock, and honestly did not notice all that much of a difference. In theory, it should reduce muzzle flip a bit. Try it out, and provide a range report.
