Sexy. The only thing my 1911 is missing is a rail. So part if me is a little envious. Not that I am not beyond thrilled with mine. Hard to go wrong when it is a 1911. Technically none of my guns have a rail for a light. My S&W Sigma has slots to add a rail adapter, but that's as close as it gets. My Glock 17 is a Gen 2 (no rail slot), my other Glock is a Gen 26 and the Baby Glocks don't have a rail slot, and my Sig TTT 1911 is "traditional" hence the first "T" in the name (Traditional Two Tone) so no rail. None of that is by design. Just worked out that way. The only two I bought myself are the Glocks. The 17 was a police trade in that was a smokin' deal that I could not pass up, and I wanted the 26 for concealed carry. As for the other two, it is not like I knew I would be getting them and could make requests. They were surprises. Very, very cool surprises for which I am VERY grateful. The next handgun on my list won't have a rail either. Thinking about a Sig 238 .380. Guess I am just not meant to have a rail.
FYI, my buddy in Clayton, CA has the exact same Kitchen. Same layout, same tile, same everything. Small world.Last edited by tacticalcity; 06-27-2015, 6:20 PM.Comment
