Glock 17, ALG Magwell, ALG 6 Second Mount, Ghost EVO Elite

I just got my Glock setup with the ALG Six Second Mount / Magwell and the Ghost EVO Elite Trigger kit. All I can say is wow, that trigger is light and has a very quick reset. It's going to be a fun day at the range Saturday, that's for sure.

I like that 6-sec mount. Just a little too expensive. Have great time.

Awesome, I will look in to that...

As for lending it to people, can't say that I have ever done that But I'd let you fire it at Los Altos Rod & Gun this Saturday morning if you'd like

It's had a few other tweaks done to it as well, this is my problem Glock that used to like spitting brass at it's handlers face or fail to eject / extract. I put in the Apex Tactical Extractor, Gen 4 ejector, Apex Tactical safety plunger and a Lone Wolf Stainless Guide Rod / Spring.

Stock Glock mags for now.. I have no problem popping them in with the magwell.

Definitely interested. No point in owning a gun without a holster for it

So I couldn't wait, I took a quick trip to Reed's today to try this thing out, along with my XDs...

                      My initial impressions are:

                      1) Offset of red dot to bore is ~2 inches, that takes some getting use to in the 10-20 yard range.

                      2) I still need to dial in the red dot some more for precision shooting, dot torture drills with this gun would be painful the way it is now. I will probably head out to Los Altos Rod and Gun in the morning to dial it in some more.

                      3) the added weight of the mount, aimpoint micro, magwell and flashlight make felt recoil seem non-existent. This gun stays flat and easy to shoot.

                      4) the ghost evo elite trigger is sick beyond belief, I don't have a scale but it breaks lighter than my les Baer TRS and Dan Wesson Valor, the reset is fast and extremely positive. There is no doubt this is a sweet trigger setup.

                      5) I am fearful that using this gun too much will spoil me, it's so much different than anything else I have and the vast difference in presentation, site picture and trigger pull will make other guns seem strange. For example I shot my XDs after shooting this and it felt foreign as hell to me.

Attached some pics, the target shows a few mag dumps to the head / center...

Overall I am happy with how this gun is setup / runs.

BTW - Glock Gen 4 ejector in a Gen 3 trigger housing combined with Apex Tactical extractor really dialed in this guns ejection issues.

Sweet! Thanks for the info. I'm planning to get a G34 and will definitely upgrade the trigger group.

This gun is just magic.. Makes me feel like John Wick, just point and shoot.. Key holing shots is so easy. I think I am going to try a slide mounted RMR on a 34 now.
