I know we can't get certain Glocks in California, I heard a rumor that it can be if its part of a PPT from out of state seller not a dealer to a CA resident. is that true?
I might know someone who may be willing to part with one out of state.

No. If it's crossing state lines it need to be on the roster.

Unless it is a gift from a parent, grandparent, or child.
