No we have not tested the dust cover for holding zero but this option has been used foe several years and is really the only option for the M92 style pistols .

Yes the gun will ship with a Sled mag and bullet button to comply with current law and will also be born at the factory as a SS or single shot pistol so it can be shipped to CA. We are showing the gun with a 10 round mag so you can see the repeated operation of the gun ,We can not offer legal advice but from what we understand once you have the pistol in your possession you can use a 10 round mag in CA and also possibly make other modifications.

Yes they have a gas port with a plug that can be removed should you be moving out of state etc.
