Hey guys, I'm selling my first gun and don't know what is "normal" protocol where to meet? I've heard GS don't like any deals be done in their shops. Where is a good place to meet and show the gun? I know CA gun laws are crazy so I doubt It can be done in public place. Has to the locked while transporting, but is it ok to show it in your car? Any advice? Want to have a safe transaction.

Ammo Brothers in Cerritos just did my last PPT.
We looked at the gun in the shop and the paperwork was quick.
The guy helping us was very cool.
Most shops that are good about PPTs don't mind checking it out in the shop.
Call ahead wherever you go to make sure of their PPT policies.
Safest to keep it locked until inside the building where an employee usually does a safety check.
Good luck.Originally posted by Kestryll:

You can bring the gun into the shop and get it safety checked and then have the buyer inspect it. After they agree (some shops will let you do the cash trade inside) Go outside collect cash and then go back and transfer the gun over.Selling lots of Pistol brass, lots of 38 and 44 mag!
