It's a nice idea, but I fear this state is already lost for good. Yes if enough people band together they can make a difference, but really, what percentage of the population here do you think cares enough, knows enough, or can speak English enough to stand up for what we've lost? I'd wager between 5-15% of the population in California is true conservative (as I like to call myself, a constitutional libertarian). Every one of us could write 5 letters a day to every politician in the state and donate half of our annual income to pro-gun orgs, but it won't change anything. It's just tyranny, and there's only one way to eliminate tyranny once it's infected at this level.
"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent." -Edmund Burke

So this year at work I got to travel and work in free states. After some deep thought I finally grew a spine and decided to apply for a higher position within the company in AZ. What I thought was keeping me in CA (food, weather, attractions) was really not worth it to continue living on false barriers. I've voted, donated to the CGF and NRA (through work no less hah!) and have come to a realization that it's time to leave.

        Congrats!

Another man who finally sees the light. It takes a few bumps on the head before some of us finally see through the fog (myself included). It doesn't matter how much money one donates or how many letters one writes, nothing is going to change the laws here when it comes to guns. It's a sad fact that many refuse to believe. Not to mention the cost of living is half or less than it is here nearly anywhere else you move.

The writing is on the wall, but many refuse to read it. I guess they enjoy being taxed and governed to death. Crazy....
