Jailed another CZ, YAY!

So I honestly thought I was saving my money to get a Ruger Match Champion as my first revolver, but then I started looking at P-01's in the marketplace again.

Except for a couple of guys, it seemed like they were all a little high. (People or prices, take your pick)

Walked into my LGS today after work and whaddya' know?!

A P-01 & a 75 Compact just sitting in the case.

A white light shone upon them and the Angels sang unto me.

With tax, DROS, and renewing my FSC, I'm out the door for less than most of the used ones I've been seeing on here.

In ten days my SP-01 will have a little brother to teach the ways of the world.

I really didn't think anything could feel much better in my hand than the SP-01, but I think the P-01 fits even better!

Great choice. I think I like my P-01 more than my SP-01. Quite possibly the perfect pistol.

Try putting your SP-01 slide on your P-01 frame. I did it one day "just because" and it has lived there ever since!

congratulations! once you have one CZ you want to get more. I want to get a SP-01, but I have to wait a bit. P-01 is right after the SP-01 in my wish list.
Anyways, not mine but these pictures are SP-01, CTS, and 75 B slides in a P-01 frame.

Does anyone happen to know if the de-cocker on a P-01 can be replaced with a standard CZ safety? (sorry for getting off point).

Not expert but I remember reading at CZ forum that is very difficult and costly since you have to do a lot of modification. I think CALGS, Himurax13 or Tok36 can answer that question better. They are far more familiar with CZ.
