DROS Delay-Handgun Purchase

I have received a delay for a S&W Shield 9 MM. I have not been arrested/convicted of any felonies, domestic related issues, no drugs or 5150 related issues.

Basically you have to get that situation completed or else every time you DROS you will face a delay.. I have a similar issue where I get delayed every time I DROS even though the DOJ has released my guns to me in the past.. I no longer live in the county I have loose ends in and dont really care to take off work to fix the problem.
