You can thank Mike Feuer for that; as City Council member back then, pushing to ban what he literally and audibly called "pocket rockets" in Council chambers - yes, the same dick that as an Assembly Member gave you Microstamping.
And NOW he is the LA City Attorney. Carpetbagger by gun owner apathy failing to vote - is a successful carpetbagger.
