Freedom Munitions 9mm reloads - underpowered?

i bought a case of Freedom Munitions 9mm 115gr reman and shot it for the first time out of my Gen 4 G17. I've put about 3000 rounds out of the G17 without a hiccup up to this point. Ejection was extremely weak and had a few fall right on my right arm and some back to my face. Loaded a mag of Federal Champion and ejection was bouncing off the stall wall at 3:30-4:00 like normal.
I went down to the Glock Store to get a new RSA and had their armorer check it out. It has the 30274 ejector and everything else checked out fine. We went into their little range and we shot the Freedom and then a mag of ammo they had. Same results with their ammo ejecting fine.
I bought the RSA and will compare the next time I shoot it using different brands of ammo.
This is the second time I've had issues with Freedom; I had light primer strikes in my Gen 3 G19.

Anyone else have issues like this?

A few weak loads with their .45 reloads, but not a big deal

The 115 in my wife's Glock doesn't cycle very well. We switched to 124 and it works much better. I just put in an order of 124 with FM an hour ago.

I had a bad primer/casing issue with Freedom 9mm 115gr reman in my Glock 34 Gen 3 when I went out shooting in the desert a few months ago, the offender - https://imgur.com/a/0sRw1

I've shot about 300 rounds of the Freedom ammo I have remaining...no issues so far but I've been paying close attention to each shot

Can't comment on the 115's but I've shot thousands of Freedom 124 grain reloads without a single issue. I also shoot lots of their new 124's and have never noticed a difference between them and the reman's

Just got two boxes of 115gr, 9mm. They were the first FTE/FTF my PX4 has experienced.
            Measured OAL and very inconsistent.
I set them aside and probably won't shoot them.

My CZ P-01 recommends at least 124gr. I've shot their 124gr reloads without an issue.

Forgot to add. Between me and the wife, we have shot thousands of rounds of 9 mm and 45 acp from FM. No issues aside from the aforementioned cycle issues with 115 grain ammo. But that was also true of any brand of 115 grain. It was mostly brass to face or inconsistent ejection pattern. Sometimes a dribble of brass out of the ejection port. I even upgraded to Apex parts. Didn't make much of a difference. Easiest solution was the 124 grain.

It seems to be a common issue with the gen 4s with brass to the face after a few thousand rounds. There was a whole video series on the twang and bang YouTube channel chronocalling this as well as the fix.

On my second case of 500 in 124gr 9mm. I normally buy their new loads, which I believe just means new brass. I haven't had a failure to anything yet in my CZ 75b or Sphinx. The price difference is like 5 or $10

I've been through boxes of new and reman 45acp and 40. They aren't match bullets, and but they've been great for punching paper and ringing steel

I've been using Freedom 115 gr reloads for a while now. No problems with a Sig 226, Beretta 92FS or a Walther P-01. I've never had a problem with any of their ammo whether new or reloads in 9, 40 or 556/223.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

I don't care for there brass, odd with a bulked up second layer making the casing shallower and thicker. Thus holding less powder but raising the pressure, saves them money using less powder.

Started buying from them since last year for my our (wife and I) Sig and 9mm 115gr &124gr are no problem. Same goes with their .40s&w 180gr & .45acp 230gr.

I don't know how much the reloads cost but Centerfire has Tula brass for $225 per case delivered.
