The most economical thing to do is run run away.

If ammo cost is a concern then I suggest a 22LR as a primary weapon. Just in case you can't take the bad guy down with that I recommend a tiger striped Desert Eagle in .50AE as a back up.

If you are carrying without a ccw license both firearms will be take. Not just the one used in the shooting.

It may depend on where you position your plates. If they are well balanced and you carry 1 piece on your left and 1 piece on your right you will be able to walk straight and it won't be too much. Unless you fall into a pool or lake, which will present a problem of course. Don't worry about which to shoot first, since you don't believe in needing a license to carry everything including you are heading downtown when you brandish or use one of your pieces.
