In short it's been a hassle dealing with them, they've been slow to respond, rude when they do answer the phone, and don't seem to even know their own product. 
I'm curious to see if I'm just getting the rotten egg at the company or if anyone else has been getting similar issues from them?

For those that care, here's my dilemma, I ordered a barrel and slide from them, but they don't work together, slide will only work with a bushing-less bull barrel.
I just want to exchange it but the person I was talking to didn't even know what a bushingless barrel was... (how can someone work for a company that makes almost exclusively 1911's and not know what that is?)
Anyhow, as soon as I received the standard barrel I e-mailed them to see if I could return/exchange for the correct barrel. I got a prompt response saying that "x" rep would follow up with me, but they never did. I e-mailed them a few times to check on things but they kept ignoring me.
It wasn't until I e-mailed the manager after 3 weeks with zero follow up's that I got an e-mail back. They said the correct barrel was in stock and to return the one I had and buy the correct one. Their website doesn't have much info on the parts, no photos, etc. so I asked for an item number, and they gave me the info for the exact same barrel I ordered originally
I called the main office and they couldn't seem to grasp it, I had to try and explain that the length of the barrel (mid size) was not the problem, but the outer diameter was the issue, that I needed the bull barrel. Their solution was to just order the same part, and if it still doesn't work return it again. At this point I felt like I was in Crazy Town.
I asked if they could just check the part for me, is it thicker than a normal 1911 barrel? They said they're busy, they've got a lot of other stuff to do. They'll see if they can get around it it in the next couple of days.... no response.
However, since then they have taken down their parts page on their website, so even if they respond with a correct part# I won't be able to order it.
Sorry for the long post, had to vent.
