    Sig sauer grips

I have a p226 tacops .40 s&w and the fde mk-25 sig. The grips on the mk-25 feel a little thicker and fit perfect in my hand. The tacops grips feel narrower, and don't fit quite as well in my hand. I looked on the sig website and it doesn't say what type of grips are on the mk-25 and the tacops just say that they are polymer magwell grips. Can I order stock mk-25 grips and switch? Or does it have to do with e2 grips vs. non e2 grips?

My Sig accepts either grip. I am pretty sure they designed the E2 to be interchangeable with factory, and vice versa.

Someone will have to chime in to confirm. However, if you have both, why not just try to swap them real quick?

I'm not concerned about swapping, I want to get the mk-25 grips on my tacops. But I'm not sure if either one has the e2 grips.

Neither come with e2 grips. Google e2 grips and you will see that they look like.

The grips you like are the standard factory grips for P226's. Put the mk-25 grips on your tacops to make sure they fit. If they do, order a set from Brownells.

Ok, I got ya. I will try that in the morning since I've already put them to bed for the night.
