I need some help with this issue. I am buying a S&W 460 XVR Bone Collector out of state. I checked the Stupid lame bull**** roster and it's not listed. Does this mean I can't own one? I called Turners and they said it need to be "roll stamped" wtf??? It's a revolver, why would it not be legal? Any info would help thanks in advance.

SAE? -
It doesn't matter if it's a revolver. If it's not on the roster, you are SOL, unless it's single action or 50 years old.
If it makes you feel any better, I can't have a 40 year old Model 10 .38 Special brought in either. But it probably doesn't.
Converting it to SA is the answer. Here is a recent thread that could be of help.
