XDS PRP spring kit problem after installation

Hi guys, I just installed the PRP spring kit into my XDS 9mm 4.0. I was wondering if someone can tell me what I did wrong. After reassembling everything back, I racked the slide back and the trigger resets, but when pulling the trigger it does not click/fire. Tired to rack the slide a few times, same thing. After multiple times of trying I decided to disassemble the gun again and checked what I did wrong. I was unable to remove the slide unless I disassemble the striker from the slide. I dissembled and reassembled the spring kit about 3 times in the sear housing but same results every time. I watched 3 different youtube video and followed the directions, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me? Thanks

    Trigger safety spring installed

Just did a functions test the gun will fire with safety depressed, pressed it will not fire. I'm guessing it is something with the grip safety spring. But I thought I followed this video pretty thoroughly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8yBiTYAyJ8

NVM figured it out, I did not place the grip saftey arm in the right location. It was suppose go between the grip saftey spring pin and the sear, I rested it above the sear. For the amount of times I took it apart and reinstalled it, I can now say I know this gun pretty well.

I had the same problem when I detail stripped my XDs for the first time. I got a screaming deal on one PPT but it was super dirty inside - I don't think it had ever been cleaned. So I stripped it bare for cleaning and also got the grip safety bar in wrong when I put it back together. Easy to do, and lucky easy to fix once you realize it

Give us a range report on the spring kit after you shoot it next, thanks!
