Is there such thing as 1911 slide + barrel combos?

I was wondering if there are 1911 slides and barrels + barrel bushing that come prefit and ready to install.

Sort of like complete AR uppers.

There are but the fit may not be good.

How can something be "prefit" to a 1911 it's never met? Try switching slides on any of your 1911s.

The barrel could theoretically already be fit to the slide. Obviously the slide cannot be pre-fit to the frame.
